Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. This notice explains our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, it is available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The Types of Data We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Viatech Inc. websites. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, except to the person or organization who asked you to complete the assessment. In cases of onward transfers of Privacy Shield data to third parties, Viatech Inc. is potentially liable. Information gathered from persons outside the United States may have their personal data transferred to the USA and to our USA office.
When our website asks for sensitive information such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, that information is encrypted and protected through use of a secure connection using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection.
Personal information collected for the processing of an Viatech Inc. assessment includes: name, e-mail address and, in some cases, position/job title and organization.
Personal information collected for credit card purchases includes: full name, address, phone, email address (for receipts), credit card type, credit card number, credit card security code and credit card expiration date.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information that we collect in a variety of ways in providing the Service and operating our business, including the following:
(a) Operations
We use the information – other than Client Data – to operate, maintain, enhance and provide all features of the Service, to provide the services and information that you request, to respond to comments and questions and to provide support to users of the Service. We process Client Data solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable Client or User.
(b) Improvements
We use the information to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our Visitors and Users, to improve the Service, and to develop new products, services, feature, and functionality. Should this purpose require Pipedrive to process Client Data, then the data will only be used in anonymized or aggregated form.
(c) Communications
We may use a Visitor’s or User’s email address or other information – other than Client Data – to contact that Visitor or User (i) for administrative purposes such as customer service, to address intellectual property infringement, right of privacy violations or defamation issues related to the Client Data or Personal Data posted on the Service or (ii) with updates on promotions and events, relating to products and services offered by us and by third parties we work with. You have the ability to opt-out of receiving any promotional communications as described below under “Your Choices.”
(d) Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use automatically collected information and other information collected on the Service through cookies and similar technologies to: (i) personalize our Service, such as remembering a User’s or Visitor’s information so that the User or Visitor will not have to re-enter it during a visit or on subsequent visits; (ii) provide customized advertisements, content, and information; (iii) monitor and analyze the effectiveness of Service and third-party marketing activities; (iv) monitor aggregate site usage metrics such as total number of visitors and pages viewed; and (v) track your entries, submissions, and status in any promotions or other activities on the Service. (e) Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure and evaluate access to and traffic on the Public Area of the Site, and create user navigation reports for our Site administrators. Google operates independently from us and has its own privacy policy, which we strongly suggest you review. Google may use the information collected through Google Analytics to evaluate Users’ and Visitors’ activity on our Site. For more information, see Google Analytics Privacy and Data Sharing. We take measures to protect the technical information collected by our use of Google Analytics. The data collected will only be used on a need to know basis to resolve technical issues, administer the Site and identify visitor preferences; but in this case, the data will be in non-identifiable form. We do not use any of this information to identify Visitors or Users.
Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our websites from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our websites are structured to attract anyone under 13.
The Way We Use Information
We may use your personal data, (i.e. your first name, email and assessment responses,) to produce a personalized assessment report about you. For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor’s domain name and email address (where possible.) We do not collect all of that data, but it is recognized. We collect only the domain name, but not the email address, of visitors to our website. We also track aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit, and user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit. When someone visits our sites, a cookie is placed on the visitor’s computer, (if the customer accepts cookies,) or is read if the visitor has previously visited the site.
We collect information you give us; the names and email addresses of those who take our online assessments, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, survey information and/or site registrations. We do not collect or track the email addresses of those who are asked to be observers, (for our 360 degree assessments only,) of those who purchase the online assessment. Email addresses are not sold or traded, now or in the future, for any reason, and no one will be contacted unless they specifically request it. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, to notify consumers about updates to our website and used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes.
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Viatech Inc. , or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of services, or members of the public.
Viatech Inc. may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security law enforcement requirements.

Our Commitment To Data Security
We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security, physical, electronic and managerial procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers in controlled facilities, with access limited to specific internal Viatech Global staff and employees of the data center. You can contact admin@viatechglobal.com if you wish to change or delete your personal data. Once you have received a product/report, you have the choice to be removed from our database.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You have a right to access data we hold about you. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, etc.) by contacting the party who asked you to complete the online survey or by sending an e-mail to: admin@viatechglobal.com.
